产品特点 / Features

• 具有运行过载保护功能，并可提高较高入口压力，即较低真空度条件下的抽速。
     It provides overload protection during operation and improves pumping speed under higher inlet pressure, namely lower vacuum conditions.

• 通过溢流阀调节进气口和排气口压力，使设备运行更加安全可靠。
     The overflow valve adjusts the inlet and outlet pressure, ensuring safer and more reliable operation.

• 可采用骨架密封，密封性能良好。
     Skeleton oil seal is available, providing good sealing performance.

• 两个转动部件，即叶轮之间保持一定间隙，互不接触、无摩擦，因此不需要润滑油。
     A certain gap is maintained between the two rotating components, namely the impellers, with no contact or friction, so lubricating oil is not required.

• 转动部件结构对称，具有良好的平衡性。
     The rotating components are symmetrically designed, ensuring good dynamic balance.

• 转动部件由四个轴承支撑，运行时机械振动小，噪声低。
     The rotating components are supported by four bearings, resulting in low mechanical vibration and low noise during operation.

• 在较宽压力范围内，即 1×10³ Pa 至 1 Pa，仍具有较高抽速，可弥补双级旋片泵在该压力范围内抽速下降的问题，同时也可作为增压泵使用。
     The pump maintains high pumping speed within a wide pressure range from 1×10³ Pa to 1 Pa. It compensates for the pumping speed reduction of two-stage rotary vane pumps in this pressure range and can also be used as a booster pump.
